Peggy: Found on disturbed ground in the Coast Range. Gills were white when young, now turning pinkish. Spore print pale pink. Gills "rounded where they touch the stem". They were pretty enough to photograph...though the photos aren't the best.
Entoloma lividum ?
The descriptions said they "don't grow in clusters" which these obviously did to some extent.
Not to be confused with "fried chicken Mushroom
Sava: Entoloma for sure. E. lividum (sinuatum) seems a good guess. If you still have these, it'd be nice to preserve 2-3 for the OMS Herbarium.
