It has ridges not gills
the stem is solid, not hallow
What other identifying features should I be looking for
( I picked a bunch of them in fifteen minutes today before the rain started. If the rain hadn't started I could have had a basket overflowing.)
I want to be certain that this is in fact a White Chanterelle before we eat them.

Ken: They are white chanterelles. I prefer them over goldens. They are firmer and meatier.
