Boletus (regius or smithii)

Paul: Here is the second bolete. I'm guessing B. regius??? These were found between 4,000 and 5,000 feet along the old Timberline Road.
Dick:The red color on the cap might lead you to B. regius but the red at the top of the stipe should lead you to B. smithii
