Ken Said: I found this in the northern coastal mountains on Sunday growing on a dead stump. I am most certain it is Laetiporus Sulphureus or chicken of the woods. I have just never seen one that is all yellow with absolutely no orange coloring. It is very tender and was juicing out water when I was cutting it off the stump.
