Katie: I have searched every book and everything, even pics suggest that this is Lrub...one thing bothers me. The o es I saw do not have a movable ring, as in, it does not move up and down the stalk. Is that what they mean by moveable? Or is this something else?
Sava: Was there only one mushroom there or more. If you still have it (them), could you please dry it for the OMS Herbarium?
Katie: Yes I will. There are a lot but they are maturing and slowing down now. And I noticed the ring does move so it is a L. Rub.
John: I saw a lot of those on the coast too last weekend. Interesting mushroom.
